Spinach Croket Kraft

Cooking Steps

  1. Puree onion and garlic.
  2. Combine spinach leaves, potatoes, carrots, grated cheese and celery. Add onion and garlic that has been crushed, ground pepper and bouillon powder and stir well.
  3. Form the dough oval, dip into egg and breadcrumbs. Do it until the finish.
  4. Heat oil, fry the croquettes until golden brown color, remove from heat.
  5. Serve while warm.
